Impossible to answer - hottest would have no flavour.
The hottest that I could try, and still detect a flavour, would be a pure Jamaican jerk paste - 4 ounces - with 2 or more Scotch Bonnet Peppers per 4 ounce jar - deadly!
The most flavourful hot sauce, to me, is probably a traditional "Buffalo Wing" Sauce made of tabasco and Butter.
The most flavourful sauce, period? Hmm - that's a tough one, and very individual. For me, I'd go with a Jerk Chicken Sauce - with only 1 Scotch Bonnet pepper!

Since you have also asked about flavor I have ruled out those sauces of liquid fire made from habanero peppers.
Here in Southern Louisiana cooks use Tabasco as seasoning while cooking because it is always consistent in taste. As far as sprinkling hot sauce on the food after it has been prepared a lot of folks use Louisiana Hot Sauce or Crystal Hot Sauce because it isn't as hot as Tabasco and there is more flavor for the taste buds. Tabasco is just plain hot but those Cajuns used that stuff on everything.

I have been eating hot sauce since I was a teen and I'm 47 now. I really like the flavor of the oriental Sambal Oelek , and another one to try is El Yucateco Green Habanero sauce.They have other flavors in that brand as well which deliver different intensities of heat.

The hotter the sauce is, the less flavor you get, it's just a burn .
Dave's Insanity Sauce is the hottest I've tasted and it's f'ing hot !
IMO, the best hot sauce for everyday use ( which is why I use it ) is Cholula. It's not super hot but, it's got great flavor. Tapatio also is good for everyday, good flavor, less heat than Cholula

My husband is the king of hot sauce and he says that by far, Dave's Insanity is the hottest thing around. In fact, it comes with a warning because if you have more than a drop, look out! And forget it if you get any in your eye!

well the hottest you can buy was daves insanity sauce its pure endorphins so yeah real burny not sure about flavor though.

Try some Chinese chili sauces and super hot kimichi. Koreans eat some spicy stuff! Even their tofu is spicy!!

The brand Cholula has the best flavor. It's hot but not so hot I can't taste it.
