I'm not sure what is wrong, but you should be concerned enough to go see your doctor. You didn't break a rib or anything, right? I've heard some people do and don't even know it. Anyway, go to the doctor.

What did you do in gym. If you had a hard workout, or just worked out for the first time in a while, then your symptons are normal. Did you run for any lenghty period. That will give you all those symptoms if you are not used to it.
You also may just be getting sick. If you are in the NY metro area...we are all sick. Pollen is contributing to bad headaches. There is some virus going around with headache, sore neck, and belly ache, (that feels like cramps) going around. I have it. It sucks!
If you really can't breathe, (try through your nose and make sure that when you do that, you belly pushes out when you breathe in, and goes back in when you exhale.), go to the emergency room. Otherwise see how you feel tommorow.
Hang in there.

I think you have mono. This is a very contagious disease. It affects the spleen and can cause severe stomach like pain. It is very dangerous to take gym or do any physical activities such as sports if you have mono. Your spleen enlarges and it could actually rupture. Your spleen is like a storage container for blood. Also, being tired is a symptom of mono. The only way to check to see if you have it is blood work. My daughter was diagnosed and she had had mono for about 4 weeks before we found out. It usually takes about 6 weeks to run its course, but sometimes longer. There is really no cure for it. But you do have to be careful and get plenty of rest. Please see a physician!

If you did something strinuous in gym class, maybe you strained a muscle, or perhaps you got hurt in another way. At any rate, you need to let someone know right away if you are having trouble breathing. This is not something you need to put off.

You need to go to the doctor's! It sounds like you have a bad cold that could turn into something so much more severe. Also it sounds like a touch of pleurisy.
I hope you feel better soon, Hon!

I wouldn't know what exactly to tell you what is wrong with you because i am not a doctor. but it does sound serious, and i think you need some help, it could happen that you have breathing problems, but you need to seek help before it gets worse.
