my toolbar is gon from the bottom of the screen to the top of it.....i cant get it back?

its drivin me crazy i want it 2 get back again 2 the bottom of the screen! i have windows xp

right click on the tool bar you will see an option called lock the taskbar un mark it then grab the taskbar down then lock it again

drag and drop the toolbar at the bottom
