oh come on... just do the regular old fashioned well balanced diet.
the current food pyramid.
eat those veggies, fruits, grains, limited fats, sugars!
don't eat fast food like it's a meal! candy is a treat! walk those stairs, touch those toes.
drink that water!
ride a bike don't take that car only 2 blocks!
http://www.mypyramid.gov/
stop the diets that restrict you, starve you then when you give up and exhausted by it then gain double the pounds back...
do a diet that works for the rest of you life.
i can't believe the amount of people who will start a diet that makes no sense at all, sell their soul for a snickers bar (or whatever it is you desire) put on 20lbs just because of that little excusion and then give up dieting because it was agoney.
this well balanced 'food pyramid' example will fulfill you, keep you energized, help you lose weight and you won't need to do stupid things like cut out foods, starve to death or do something that damages you internally.
that's a better idea. you may lose up to 12lbs a month.
(don't do any more weight loss than that, you'll kinda suffer for it)
and SWEAT! sweating sure helps too.

So how are you going to get in your other daily requirements in fruits or veggies? What about lean protiens? What are you going to do once you go off this diet and gain the weight back? How does this teach you the right way to eat and be active for the rest of your life?

This is a hard diet. The servings of cereal are small and many people may over indulge on their other meal. I would suggest eating one bowl of cereal a day for breakfast or another meal, a snack of fruit or low cal yogurt, nuts, or something else, and two healthy meals both with a cup of veggies. Veggies and fruits are fillign with low calories. best of luck

It works because you are replacing 2 meals with just cereal and milk. You have to follow it pretty strictly to get the results they claim. It is easy to gain the weight back after you stop following the diet.

I haven't done this diet, but basically it's just restricting the amount of calories you eat for the two meals that you eat the cereal. This diet is good if you can't eat correct portions on your own.

I think [people have done, although they are starving for the whole 2 weeks! The bowls of cereal are tiny amounts and certainly don't leave you feeling satisfied. I would try something else........good luck.

I tried it and it did not work for me. That being said, I probably did not suppliment the diet with enough exercise for it to be effective.
It's very hard to stick to. Good luck!
