i met this girl at work. she has been at my house every day for the last week. she wont let me kiss her. she says that she really wants to be with me but... her best friend.. whom shes met once last year. and her talk all the time and its because of himn that we cant be 'we'.. iv been very patient.. but should i put up with it.. is a girl whos in love(which she says shes not) with a guy shes met once really stable enough to keep trying?.. i really like her.. shes gorgeous. but why would she continue to pine over some little trenchcoat mafia wannabe when she has a very handsom incredibly nice guy pining over her.. ?.. and further.. she ******* dryhumped me tonite.. but she would not kiss me.. iv never met a 21yr old that plays like this.. what do i do?

Do you work with this woman? Please say no. Most work romances don't end well. You have known her a week? Have you told her how you feel? I know it can't be love. Lust, yes.
What I see going on here is your one of the good guys. Most women will tell you they want the bad boy, that is what he is. I have never understood the thought of hey I want to be treated like a piece of trash. As women mature what they want is a good guy that is a bad boy in bed. This "woman" is playing a game. Kissing is intimate, sex you can detach from. Does she kiss this other guy? Is she sleeping with him? Yeah I know you said she says she is just friends with him...I am seeing alot more than that with him. Honestly? I understand she may be pretty, but I think it is time for you to move on and cut your losses. There are prettier and more mature women out there.

Buddy, if she wants to be friends with the freak over you, let her go and tell her you can't see her again until she makes up her mind. "Dryhumping" isn't exactly turning you away, is it. But she withholds her kiss from you so she can say to him, "I didn't even kiss him" and tell the truth. You're being played like a fiddle, Dude. Drop her. Tell her to make up her mind. And move on. Sounds like SHE has some unresolved issues from her past/childhood. She is more than likely attracted to controlling and abusive men, which might be why she's "playing" with you. She might genuinely like you, but something in her pulls her to the "bad boy". Nice guys don't always finish last. The more you wait around, the harder it's going to be to pull back and let go when you have to. Are you one of those guys that are "there for me anytime I need you"?
