She might like fresh veggies raw with a little ranch dressing. Or you could try many cooked ones with cheese or butter on top. Fresh green beans cooked in a skillet with Worcestershire sauce in awesome. Just try making them in different ways. If nothing works then leave her alone she has survived this long with her eating habits.

Does she like salads? Try chopping up lots of veggies into a salad, just make sure they're chopped small. Serve them raw with ranch dip ~ like cauliflower, peppers, etc. Grate them into sauces. Deep fry them ~ zucchini, cauliflower, mushrooms are all wonderful battered and deep fried. Saute fresh green beans or asparagus in olive oil w/ garlic. DON'T OVERCOOK THEM!!! KEEP THEM SNAPPY!! Encourage but don't nag her. That will only tick her off and make her feel she's being treated like a child. Also remember, the bottom line would be that she is a grown up person and can chose to eat or not eat a particular kind of food. Oh, and never serve her or anyone else canned peas....{shudder}.....revolting!

Ask her to make a list of exactly which ones she hates, loves, or are OK. It makes it easier to start on a picky eater's terms. Then have her promise to eat ("try") two fork/spoon-fuls of any veggie dish. No more, no less. Your biggest help would be to discover veggie recipes she likes, whether she knows yet that she likes them or not. The only way to find out is to try.
P.S. I've always absolutely HATED zucchini, but my mother found a recipe for zucchini sticks and had me "try" them. Now I am the first to go for seconds.

Keep trying new things. If she doesn't like fresh veggies then try frozen or canned. Our family tends to think the frozen peas, corn and green beans taste better than canned or fresh (although nothing beats fresh corn-on-the-cob). I also jazz up veggies with herbs, white wine, butter...keep trying and you are sure to find something she likes.
You can also try different ways of cooking them:
poaching
steaming
broiling
boiling
baking
grilling
frying
sauteing

Add cheese. Try adding small amounts of them to her favorite dishes. Blindfold her, act like your going to make passionate love to her, and tell her youre bringing out the chocolate and strawberries when its really carrots and ranch dressing! LOL!

Season them with Creole season, garlic pepper, butter and onion powder or cheese...that combo makes anything taste better.

spank her if she doesn't eat them.
or, try this recipe from my uncle: steam carrots and then drizzle honey on top of them. It sounds weird (almost gross) but it is the best veggie in the world.
