If it's about relationships then that fairly easy to answer:
1. Be sensitive.
2. Be caring.
3. Know how she feels.
4. Don't you dare flirt with other girls.
5. Remember the dates.
6. Remember the occasions.

At least you are conscious of that fact that there may be something you are doing wrong and want to fix it....That is a plus. Treat her with respect, trust her and don't give her reasons not to trust you. NEVER lie, be honest.....Unless she happens to say she looks like crap that day (and does), tell her you love her and think she is beautiful no matter what. Don't be pushy, don't be too possessive. Do things she likes to do and things you like to do, if she can't respect that, then she is not for you. DO NOT lose your temper, if you have a bad temper, then you need to work on that. I don't know that these are rules, but just suggestions. Good luck on figuring us out, we do change our minds when we feel like it. Maybe you just haven't found the right one yet, she is out there.

Just think of being the dream of her life. You have to act the gentleman,never look to long at another women,or act lewdly in public(unless that's what turnes you on) The rules are what you make them when you treat the women you are with the respect and dignity that men have forgotten in this day and age.

the first thing is be yourself,don't believe everything you hear,be courteous,nice,UNderstanding,talk to her as much as you can,listen to what we say, i mean really listen , treat us like real people, not like a scoreboard,let us know what is up w/you if you are upset or un-happy ,even if you are happy or excited,be supportive and take your time to really get to know us in more than just physical level, be supportive even if we are in one of our moods ,be respectful , treat us well and we will do the same ,in most cases don't get me wrong some of us are using you for whatever we can get out of but not all of us are like that ,now i don't know if every women feels this way but in my case if i was the girl you were crush in' on and you could do all that well I'd go out with you , i would say 9 out of 10 woman , have the same idea's as i have listed at the top as a bases cor any relationship?

Well I am sorry sir...I have not heard of any rules.
I admit, most of us women are strangely difficult...But I am just tired of guys not making the first move...but otherwise there are no rules....Who the hell told you about these "rules"?
Buut, i guess
1.compliment her as much as possible
2. call every 2 days
3. always make the plans unless she has something else in mind
4 Remember she is the most important thing in your life
5. Cracka if you cheat you are dead.

There are no rules. But maybe your girlfriends set rules for you that you break. If you are clueless, you have to ask your girlfriends why they want to break up with you.
Maybe you are insensitive to their needs. You have to work on that. You simply have to ask your girlfriends what they expect from you. Those are the "rules". There are no secret rules,

If a girl asks "does this make me look fat" the answer is always "I love you for who you are, not how you look, but I think you are the most beautiful woman ever"
If a girl says she doesn't want to talk about it, she probably does.
Always treat her like a lady- chivalry wins with women.
Ask permission before you touch/kiss/etc.- don't take it for granted, it is a priviledge you must request.

just listen to the girl instead of insisting that you are right. and when she asks you to do reasonable things, do them. just treat her like a princess. if you cant, do not be with them. and there are many hidden rules. it all depends on what subject you are asking about.

Also, chose a women who is going to treat you with the same respect.
