Maybe the Cáfe marron plant (Ramosmania rodriguesii) from the Indian Ocean island of Rodrigues. Only one plant was known in the wild.

Also the St Helena ebony (Trochetiopsis ebenus) -- Once the dominant forest tree on parts of the island, it survived as just two shrubby specimens clinging to a remote rock-face.

This site has other endangered species also ... many of them are island species.

Snow Plants (found in the Sierra Nevadas). They are considered an endangered species last I heard. I've actually seen a couple of them.

I would say that the selvatic trees are the most endangered.
