What do you order at the bar if you're going there with friends but don't drink?

You can order any drink they make in a non alcoholic form. Frozen fruity ones to chocolatey creamy ones, some bars serve great coffee, and they have all the great mixers as well. Ask the bartender for a recommendation if you don't know what you want. Just make sure to order it non alcoholic or "virgin". Not to mention, they always have soda pop or just plain water, if your not into anything different.

You get whatever you want. If you dont drink alcohol then just be proud of who you are and for not having to be like everyone else.
Not all people at bars drink..sometimes they just want to be with friends and have a few laughs.Besides,you can be the designated driver and maybe save some lives.

I used to order a club soda with a twist of lime or a diet coke with a twist of lime, or sometimes, orange juice. I haven't been in a bar for a long time.

Anything that you want. Get the same drinks but "virgin" like a Pinacolada, or a non-alcoholic beer. Coke with a shot of vanilla, cherry or some other flavoring is fun as well. If the bartender is creative, get a gourmet coffee if you can and have fun watching your friends stumble, bumble and make silly so you can play mind games with them.

I drank orange juice after I stopped partaking in alcoholic beverages.As a pool player this really helped since everyone assumed I was drinking screwdrivers.Thus leading them to want to gamble after I had drank five or ten , much to their chagrin , I was not intoxicated and I am an exceptionally good pool player .

Coke or diet Coke, Club soda with lemon or lime, Ginger Ale, water, Orange Juice, Clamato, etc- pick things they have around as mixers.

Soda, juice, Red Bull, iced tea, Arnold Palmer (iced tea/lemonade), non-alcoholic versions of drinks -- like a virgin pina colada. There are lots of choices really.

I order a non-alcoholic Strawberry Daiquiri. The recipe for fun has no room for alcohol.
