It means to encourage more ways to educate people.

What Swamiji meant that it poor and uneducated people cant go to school, steps must be taken to educate them in their places.

Nowadays, with so many options like the internet, tv, and other medias available to teach people living at distant places, It is easy to do so..

So, He only wanted the people of India and the world educated in any way it may be..........

If we look back we can find that a doctor used to sit in his house and patents goes to him and get them self treated. Now hospitals are coming to the door step to treat patents. He said that education should reach all. Now we can use our electronic Media to teach all. Pity is most of the E libraries are paid only. If you suggest a free e library it will help may. What Swamy wants is these kind of services.

the saying means that if a thing has 2 b done,but there is a problem with 1 way,it must b done the other way round.
if v say like that, there is -dont build castles in the air(how can we do it in the 1st place?) and many such other stuff.

yes I think schools should go to the child. if one volunteers to teach children in the rural areas for once a year, and each senior child, takes up the responsibility to teach one........then we get the answer.

IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU BRING SCHOOL AT HIS HOUSE IT MEANS THAT A TEACHER COMES TO HIS HOUSE AND TEACHES HIM AND ALSO CREATE HIS INTEREST TOWARDS THE EDUCATION SO THAT HE SHOULD NOT HESITATE TO GO TO SCHOOL.
