my hair is damaged, its frizz n split ends. My hair is abut 4 inches pass the shoulder and if i get the bad cut off well it will be to my ears. Thats so not soundin good. Any other ideas for that.

Prenatal pills have TONS of IRON in them. Its for you and the baby. When I was taking PreNatal Vitamins during my first pregnancy, my hair that was naturally brown, it turned DARK DARK brown from the Iron. Usually, it takes around a month to notice a big difference. My hair and nails grew like crazy during the whole 9 months of the pregancy. I was probably healthier than ever at that time! Your hair needs intensive conditioning and care, see your hair care stylist for further treatment. Other than that, enjoy the health and pregnancy, and stop stressing so much about your outer appearance! :)

Try olive oil treatments on your hair, u will be amazed.
Buy some olive oil and leave in hair overnight, wash the next morning...your hair will be full of life.

the prenatals all by themself wont do much. you need to eat more protien, that will help

one months and your nails will be shiny and your hair will be softa.. haha.. i used to take them.. some philipino showed me the way.. it really worked though
