To start with, I would want water that was as pure as possible.
I guess I would just live with it if that was the only drink in the world.

If water was the only drink in the world, we'd have to be living in some pretty crummy times. i suppose I'd make alot of friends by coming up with a new drink. Maybe "ice cubes" haven't been discovered yet. So i will invent Ice Water and will have alot of thirsty friends loving me.

I would be happy drinking just the water. I drink lots of water! I do prefer it very cold, preferably with ice in it.

That's mostly what I drink now anyway. I'd be fine but I'd probably experiment with water and fruit flavors for a new drink.

About 90% of what I drink right now is water. But it would drive me nuts to have it ALL the time, so yeah, I'd try to make flavored something-or-other.

That's not possible..as most every drink is made of water for the most part..and the other things added...well..are not a "drink".
