Your leg will swell and be painful. If you suspect this keep off it until you get to the doctor, but get to the doctor quick. Do the Homan's sign, if you draw your knee up and point your toes to the ceiling, and have pain, that is a good indicator of a thrombus.

Please! Go see a doctor ASAP. Don't let it go. It is VERY important to find out. Better safe than sorry. Blood clots can travel fast sometimes.
