I food is cooked in a micro wave oven is the bacteria killed and if food is frozen that unknownly has E coli bacteria on it does that kill the bacteria?

You would have to probably seriously over cook it to kill ecoli. My advise would be lay off the spinich for awhile. Gotta hate it for Popeye!!

No...Microwaves (even those w/ turntables) do not heat food evenly. All food must be heated to at least 160 F before bacteria are killed.

Only if the temperature is uniformly raised over 160 F.
