While regrouting the tiles the grout got on them. Use a Teflon pad on them.Raise a lot. That should bring them back to the shine you love. I don't think wax is a good idea on tiles in the bathroom. Water and wax could hand you in the Hospital.

You need to seal the grout with a grout sealer, otherwise everytime you wash the floor you will spread tiny film of grout all over the tiles. Seal the grout, then wash and wax the tile. Get grout sealer at any local hardware store.

i use vinegar to clean the floor then take a towel put a little old english furniture polish and wipe all tiles with it make sure you only use a little polish or you will fall and bust your buttttttttttt

How meny times did you clean off the grout with your sponge and water? It sometimes takes a few times. I would try that before putting any products on it.

there are products made just for that purpose, but car wax sounds good to me! And by the way, Caly, I like your picture!
