There are many webproxies available. Basically these are termed as "Browse Anonymously" websites. Where you can enter the URL you want to visit and browse.

There is another thing I have noticed is, typically the https port is not blocked by many proxies. So if http://edit.yahoo.com is blocked then try https://edit.yahoo.com

One more thing about downloading files. Basically the proxy blocks .exe and .zip files. Here is a trick. It has worked on BEST of the proxies... Just add a ? after the EXE. for e.g the download url is www.download.xx/something/you.exe then simply change it to www.download.xx/something/you.exe?

Tell me if this works (wink)

We suggest making use of VPNPower to be able to unblock internet sites. I have been with them since four years. http://www.vpnpower.net
