The best ever, most tried, true and proven, most effective diet is not weight watchers, nor Adkins or is it atkins, nor any other "popular" one found in a book with the word diet on it. The best diet ever is the schwinn diet.
Calories are units of measure of energy. Even gasoline has a caloric, or energy, value cause it contains energy. Now, imagine putting gas into your car and filling to the full point. Then go home and let the car sit and sit and just sit in the driveway without ever driving it anywhere else. Now, one can argue that the tank is not compeltely sealed so there will be slightly less gas inside, but I bet if you got home with say 14 gallons in the tank and let it sit without use for a few weeks even months, there would be like 13.99999999999999999999 gallons when you went and looked. The point being: whatever goes in must get used or it just sits there. Go get a Schwinn or other type of bicycle, use it at your target heart rate for at least twenty minutes every couple days and watch what amazing thing happens. The fuel, or food you've eaten, will get burend up and used. Who'da thunk it? Problem being most people would rather use their car when needed than use their bicycle when it's, well, you know, like REALLY needed.

You will get tierd of it some day,Eat it as much as you can now until you dont like it anymore,always give you body what it wants,if your body needs something you will crave it,right now your body needs lettuce and vinegar,so eat that,when your body dont need it anymore you won't obsess on it any more.And always take daily vitamins when dieting then your body will be fine.Sounds like it will help you loose weight.

Its a hell of alot less fattening then cake choc etc..there is basically no calories....But if that is all you eat you will start to get run down.....Through in csome chicken or turkey sandwiches.... And take a multi vitamin
