I will be kind enough to give you the serial for a great program
called Spyware doctor... go to the link I attached below download the trial version then use this name and serial and you will gwt the full program for free. it normally cost about $40.00 but I found a way to get around the fee and now I shared it with you

If you know the name of the worm or virus; type the name in the Yahoo search bar and you should get info. on the program along with removal instructions.
Removal may require a download.

Go to some of these sites

www.trend.com
These are the two best virus scanners on the internet today.. It will take a while.. but with trend it will remove many viruses, and bitdefender trojans etc. Email me with questions on how to get to the scanner part!
Or you can do a system restore. Restore back to before you got w/e it is. Email me with ???'s on how to that also!

goto www.download.com and search for and download 1\spybot 2\avg antivirus 3\adaware se update and scan with these and youll be right to go,all these are free full versions of programs also windows defender is quite good if you have all these on your pc your pretty safe from all wares

Whats it doing? How do you know you have one? Do a scan with AVG for virus check. if you have a registerd version of windows download windows defender for a spuware check...let me know how it goes and then from there we'll continue.

get a free copy of Avast at www.avast.com most comprehensive User friendly and effective anti-virus I have ever used (WAY BETTER THAN MACAFEE AND NORTON AND IT'S FREE)
