I have a very interesting looking set of dry, a little darker toned patches of skin on my leg. It doesn't itch, but if I scratch it, it seems a little bit tender, but doesn't really hurt. It's like maybe light pinkish maybe at darkest. I have had it for a while. Anyone know what it might be?

You should see a docor ASAP. Have you recently had a pedicure done at a nail salon or spa? The media has been paying particular attention to nail salons who don't practice sanitary procedures when performing pedicures. Whirlpools have been known to be infested with harmful bacteria causing lesions to the lower leg and even other parts of the body. They may have failed to properly sanitized the filter in the footbath. Fungus, hepititis, and a host of infection-causing bacteria have been found in abundance in such cases. These lesions can become disfiguring, and even hard to treat. Like I said go to the doctor ASAP to play it safe if it isn't already too late. You can file suit against the salon if it is proven to be the cause.

are the patches round with a slightly raised pink outer edge? If so you could have ring worm... which , by the way , is not a worm but a fungal infection. You can pick it up from being in contact with infected animals or other people. Harmless, but looks odd. You can go to any pharmacy and get a cortisol cream for fungal infections, starts to clear up with just a few applications.
