No, but I have eaten peanut butter with celery. You can go through a lot of peanut butter with celery!
The mexicans mix peanut butter with chile and different things and I think they call it MOLE. or MOLAY. It is pretty good. That might even put some tomatoe with it.

You should toast the bread so it doesn't get soggy as fast. Tomatoes make stuff soggy. Yummmmy.
P.S. Try having mustard on celery sticks. ;)

I haven't tried one, but I bet it wouldn't be half bad on wheat toast. Easy on the PB and it shouldn't be bad at all.
