i'm just wanting a truthful answer to this Question, when you are looking for a man,i mean really looking for a good man,please be honest and tell me, when you (look) at a guy, befor ever talking to him,or introdusing yourself. what is it you look at the most from the outside?

Physically: 1. if he's fat or not
2. how clean cut he is
3. what type of clothes he wears
4. how long his hair is
5. does he have acne or not

Honestly, I look at the guys profile, how he stands and carries his self. Like if he is leaning against the wall, I notice if he is actually leaning against it casually or hugging it for support. If he is hugging it that translates to me that this guy is emotionally clingy. And probably have a fit if you go somewhere with out him.
Next I notice the guy's face, does he appear to be someone that is easy to throw out a good joke or if he constantly frowning, he'll probably not be as open and as receptive to my ideas or anything else.
After the face I usually try to judge whether he is up on his hygiene. Too much hair product is bad cuz it means he was in a rush and used loads of it to keep it in place rather than trying to use a comb. Also if he has on a bunch of cologne, which translates I didn't have time for a shower so I'll hide my body oder with tons of this tag body spray.
And lastly I look at the guy's feet. Why you ask? well I have learned through many a male friend that if the guy's feet aren't straight and usually pointed in the direction of the person he is talking to or the right direction he is going that means that he is unsure of himself. That he doesn't really know if he should stay with the people he is talking to or go off a be by himself. I hope this helps ya out.

Well, you did say "Ladies" So I am assuming you mean serious ones. I would look for someone who is NOT gawking at every female that walks by (I know it is hard because of the clothes they wear), but you did say "ladies". I would look at the way he dresses....no "hot chick t-shirts, pimp, rap, etc." just respectful, nice clean. His style is his own. Nice clean hair, style does not matter. Just being himself with nothing to prove. Having the attitude like hey, I am me and if she likes me great, if not she is not worth it anyway, because she is probably not for me. Oh a smile is a must! Head held high, not hanging down like he is pouting. If he is frowning..he has issues! No red face either. He is either stressed or an alcoholic. Too overweight...is not interested in taking care of himself, or doing things. Could be boring. That should do it

Eyes mostly...does not matter what color really. Just need to see if there's a spark there...can't really explain it. Must be at least taller than me (I'm only 5 ft 4in, so that should be too difficult). I like kinda big guys, not real muscular, more of a teddy bear factor. Smile is important...not really his teeth, but the way his face lights up when he is smiling for real, not a fake cheesy smile. Don't really like suit & tie guys, prefer jeans & t-shirt guy that's not afraid to get dirty.

His face. It may seem silly, but his face must be appealing and interesting to me. I'm not talking about handsome or georgeous. Something in his facial expressions must make me want to approach him. Then I need to hear him speak. What he says and how he says it also has to "click" with me. And of course, I look at the body - but the body is nothing without a great personality.

I honestly never care about looks, only the way they look at me. If they look at me from the outside, in... then I have no interest. But if it is very apparent they are really into me as a person I get all giddy like a little school girl. lol

A guy that smiles, there is nothing that makes me feel more comfortable around a person than a smile, it makes a man approachable. Then an easy laugh.

I look to make sure he cares about his appearance, and how he is dressed. If you mean what do i physically look for in appearance, it would be the eyes and the body type. Personally , I am attracted to the well built jock type, but everyone has their own personal opinion as to what is attractive.

Is he clean cut, no facial hair, does he take care of his skin? Did he take the time to consider his appearance before he left his home today? Are his clothes, clean, not wrinkled, and matching? Now, How does he smell and does he have nice teeth...if so then I know he takes care of himself and I wont have to do all those things for him...

Everyone is different, what one person looks for may not be what someone else, I like dark hair men, my friend always looks for light haired men, so it really just depends... (just make sure you wash your hair and don't stink.) ha ha
