LeAnne - total barinwahced person here... wow, I don't know what to tell you... read, talk to people, get out of isolation.

The first three answers, only once quoted Patton correctly. None understands or answered the question. Too blinded by doctrine to even think about it. Thats sad fellow Americans, sad.

Well in olden times to die for one's country was considered one of the noblest ways someone could die...as of for today that is up in the air because what we fight for sometime's can seem frivolous to some but not to others.

Basically, the Islamic terrorists have given the world no other choice but to fight back - or bow to their commends to convert to Islam.

Western Europe and numerous other countries simply don't get the message. France, for instance, didn't get Hitler's message until his Nazi troops marched into Paris.

These people have made their agenda very clear - submit to a one world government under Islamic Law or die.

Given that alternative, I couldn't be more proud of the all volunteer troops that are giving these dirt bags our answer to their ultimatum.

What are you, 10 years old?

Read the news, watch the news......learn how to make an informed decision.

Is the whole world in on the war on terror? No.

Do people die for their country? Yes.

Gee. Wasn't THAT simple.

What was it Patton said? Something like:" the purpose of war is not to die for your country, it is to make the other bastard die for his."
