First off my hair goes down to my *** but its damaged from my butt up to my ears. I just started takin Prenatal pills to help me hair grow. If i go and get that put cut. How long will it take to grow back?

I don't think you should cut it all off at once. But since it's down to your butt you should cut it to the middle of your back. What kind of damage are we talking about? If it is dry and frizzy get some CitraShine hair polish to smooth it out.
My hair was 3/4 way down my back and I damaged it badly with too many hair dyeing's. So I cut off a few inches at a time while it grew out so I didn't change my appearance too drastically. No body really noticed that I was cutting and regrowing my whole head of hair. It took about 2 yrs total to get the length back and have it be healthy. It takes a long time but that time will pass anyway so - just wait it out. It will be worth it. Good luck.

Hair grows at about 1/8 inch per day, it would take it four or five years for it to grow back this long. Eat high protean foods, and take care of your hair with good conditioners. A good and cheap one is Mains and Tails, it is used on horses but was found to be so good they put it on the market for people to use. French women use three drops of Olive oil in the rinse water for their hair and their hair always shines and looks nise. If you like peanut butter, it is very high in protean. Another tip, never brush you hair when it is wet. And don't wash your hair more than twice a week.

it takes about 5 to 6 months to grow about an inch or two of your hair.. all depending if your hair naturally grows fast. Anyways your best bet would be to cut about half or as short as you dare to go.. and then every 3 to 4 weeks get it trimd that way it will continue to grow.

get 3/4 of it cut. it will help your hair regenerate and grow faster and it will be healthier and have some actual body to it.

it will take forever to get back to that length but just get half of it cut and take care of it give it conditioning treatments and regular trims

Try cutting it to your bra strap and see if that improves it some.
