I have known this girl for approx. six months, and she is an accounting auditor. She came to my company auditing for two weeks. One of the finance ladies in the company kept on advertising me to her. Two finance ladies, her and I went to lunch together one day. It was so messed up because we ate for 30 mins, and the two finance ladies tried to play the leave early and leave us both alone trick. It didn't work, so we all left. The next week, I asked the girl to lunch alone, but she rejected because she promised her co-workers to go to lunch with them. Whether it was true or not, I had no clue. The finance lady spoke with her, and she said she just wanted to be friends and didnt want to lead me to anything. Well, I got screwed since beginning. I started talking with her online and went to a club that she asked me to go. I saw her that night and spoke with her for awhile. Next day, I chatted with her a little online. Um.. I'm wondering if I should ask her to go to lunch again.

I had a chance to ask for her phone number in the club, but I missed it. We only chat online and via email. I'm trying to be friends with her and get to know her more. I don't want her to think that I want to date her or etc. I know she is currently single.

NOPE....never ask more than once. She knows your interested, the ball is in her court now. And to be honest, if she was really intersted she would have went with you the first time and made it up to her co-worker later.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained, goes the old saying. You can ask her to lunch again, but don't be too upset if she turns you down. Apparently, she just wants to be friends -- nothing more, at least at this time. So you might want to give her a little shove, but don't push too hard. In time, she may realize what a great guy you are, and change her mind. Let's hope that happens, but for now, just play it cool and honor her request to remain friends. No harm in two friends having lunch together, by the way.....Good luck!

haha no offense yet it incredibly is poor! That appears like a comedian tale from 'The workplace' or somethin. in case you assert it like that, you're making it as awkward as achieveable. it incredibly is a catalogue of what I see incorrect. a million. do no longer say the place ur gonna eat(provide her an decision if there are diverse places to eat) 2. purely evade that comprehensive would not could be at present ingredient. 3. do no longer say purely the two one people! and then contradict that with no longer a date(THATS SO AWKWARD). 4. of direction you will want to, you're asking her, you do no longer could say that! purely say somethin like this. You:howdy Marie what you as much as? Marie: no longer lots, how approximately u? You: no longer lots the two, think of i'm bout to get somethin to eat, do you want to return get lunch with me? Marie: particular, the place you wanna pass. OR Oh, i'm no longer able to at present, I already advised so and so..... If she says the 2nd ingredient, you have 2 thoughts. in case you want to be soft, be like ok cool, see you around. once you're incredibly pressing for this, then you definately may well be like properly perchance the following day or another day, and then see what she says. yet at that factor, verify that is no longer purely like a "ya some time" ingredient cuz then you definately on no account will till she's into you. attempt to get like a time set up. you have the mind-blowing theory approximately each and every thing, yet i think such as you built that form of awkwardly.

It would never hurt to try again. What is the worst that can happen, that she would say no. Well that wouldn't be bad. Maybe she doesn't want everyone at work to know her business. Talk to her about it on line, via email. Maybe she will give you a few more clues.

Na.. leave her alone, sounds to me like she's using you for backup. That's what I use to do. You are a way for her to "fill in the blank". Sorry, but you should try not answering your her emails and try not talking about her to anyone. It might work, because women always want what they can't have.

You can try, but be prepared because she might only want to be friends.
