Take money out of the equation. Do you FEEL subservient??
The JOB that you have is way more important than the money you make Raising kids to be honest, law-abiding, contributing adults is no easy task, but YOU have it!
Does that make you feel subservient?

Take some college courses on line, even one class at a time. Get a major you like and work from there to having a degree. Children grow up then where will you be. There will be a time where you can hold down a 8 hour job so be prepared for it. Never depend on someone to take care of you because marriages do break up sometimes then where would you be????

Where is your head at? Material things such as monies are nice to have, but they are not as strong as love. For example, if a relationship is based on monies, or material things when the monies and material things are gone , so goes the relationship. On the other hand, real love is there to stay, and real love doesn't search for omnies, real love seeks real love in return. My suggestion to you is that you focus on how to bring more love into the relationship, instead of worrying about the monies that you don't have, and you'll be a much happier camper. Love is love, and money is money. You'll have to decide which is most important to you, because sometimes you can't have both.

This doesn't make you subservient. You sound like you have low self-esteem. Why don't you get a better paying job? If you need to, go back to school to teach you the skills you need to get further ahead in your career.

is he the father of your kids? in any case you shouldn't feel subservient or lose your independence just because you make less. if you're doing the bulk of chores around the house, you're making your contributions too. it doesn't have to be 50-50 for everything. thats not what marriage is for.

shouldnt u be happy 4 her? shouldnt u be glad dat u cld be wit da kids more den her?
da advantage u can get is da bond wit ur kids. good rite?
hey, u've found a girl who does not mind u having a low paying job. who chooses u among those who can support her. who's willing to live wit u her whole life, build a family wit u. arent u happy? i guess u jus feel inferior but jus put dat aside. but play ur part. work harder wen u're able to. bring urself up slowly. who knows, maybe in a few years time, u would get a better paying job/position. jus do ur part as a father, a husband n also as a man.

No way! You will still be contributing to the family. Just in a different way. Marriage should be a partnership.
