I'm a 16 yo guy and probably more mature than my years.... i'm not that bad looking... and I have yet to have a girl friend or even a kiss someone.... i tend to mask my feelings with girl by making jokes.... I'm not like others my age that just want to fool around... i want the be in a long term serious relationship but girls usually don't know this .... what's wrong with me and why can't I get a girlfriend!!! HELP!!!

Not to sound funny but sweetheart you are not missing much. Heart-broken times is about all you are missing. Enjoy being young and just go out and have fun. Don't try and rush getting into a serious relationship at 16. You have a lot of time to meet new girls. At 16 I didn't want no serious relationship, just be yourself and the right person will come along.

I would have to say, you are approaching the wrong type of girl. You need someone shy who is looking for the same things you are. The outgoing, flirty ones are not in it for long term. The shy ones may not appear to be interested, well, because they are too shy to make a move. Try and make subtle gestures to the quiet cuties, and very subtle but sweet advances. But be sweet, we LOVE sweet guys who smile alot. The one thing that made me fall for my guy was he always wanted to be with me and he didn't play games like pretending he wasn't interested. He was a sweetheart from day 1. Try it and you'll see.....You'll find what you're looking for. S-M-I-L-E

First, GOOZFRABAA. Honey, look there is nothing wrong with you. This is what it's like to be teen; I know when I was there it sucked too. Just like your parents say be patient it will happen, believe me. It is what it is and don't try to make it out to be anything more. I wish you well.
