Yes I think that men and women can be just friends. I am a woman and most of my friends are men. And no there is no undercurrent in any of my friendships. I think about them like they are my brothers. Would you think about your brother/sister in a sexual way? I mean after all a good friend should be just like a brother or sister if they are really what I call friends.

There's always an undercurrent. But it can happen somewhat successfully if one or both of the parties have evaluated a relationship and decided against it for whatever reason. Doesn't necessarily rule against it happening later, though.

Yes they can be friends!

I have more friends that are men than women and I have several male friends that I have known for more than 20 yrs and I don't have any feeling for them out side of friendship and vice versa.

I really believe that a man is a better friend to a woman than a woman is.

I love my male friends. I can talk to them about anything. Women friends I find always want to tell you to do vindictive things and so on.

I think that it is possible if you have the same values on the extent of the friendship. It can be convenient and comfortable to go running to the friend every time you get into a tiff with your partner, and you wouldn't want that to develop into something in the heat of the moment.

One is always going to be attracted to the other. Obviously, you are both going to be at about the same level of attractiveness or completely different. Same level, eventually you will both cave in and completely different the ugly one will always have feelings inside. Human nature

yes, some times men & women can be friends. However, most of the time, no...it usually leads to temptations of a different type of relationship. Be Careful!

i think that they can be just friends. i think that it depends what your idea of friendship is and what you expect to get from it. some people are friends with people for a specific purpose and others are friends because they connect. i think that connections don't have to be physical.
