There is no safe, "overnight" treatment, and you don't want to "experiment" with untested, untried, or unproven "home remedies" offered by persons who mean well, but may have little or no actual medical experience or knowledge. I work in the alternative medical industry, and I know of only one thing that is safe, that has "done the job" for both myself, as well as many others, and that is referred to as "colloidal silver" or more correctly, "ionic silver solution". Newborn babies are all given silver nitrate drops in their eyes in the U.S., immediately after birth, in order to minimize or eliminate the possibility of blindness attributed to any disease organisms that may have been present in the amniotic fluid, of the womb. Colloidal / ionic silver solutions are safe, painless, and equally as effective as silver nitrate, at quickly killing off virtually every known micro-organism that can infect the eyes. But you have to get some good, quality silver solutions, as it has been shown that even some "trusted" brands, available at health food stores, can actually contain little or no actual silver content. Many people buy their own "colloidal silver machines" and make their own silver solutions, at home. It's the "next best thing" to being an "overnight" fix for "pink eye", as there are incidents reported from reputable sources, where it has brought about visible cessation, sometimes within only a few hours after application. Do your "homework" and check into this, further. It may be too late to help you this time, but if you keep some in the medicine cabinet, it will very likely be the "overnight fix" you're looking for, the next time you encounter this, or other diseases that cause cosmetic embarrassment!

I'm sorry I don't really know that much about pink eye but if you really want to go to picture day and you don't want pink eye in your photo you could either request for them to use the picture tool thing for it to be fixed to the regular eye color, or you could go out and buy some contacts that look your eye color. Again sorry I might not be much help, I heard of that over the counter Pink Eye medication but i don't think that it will heal it by tomorrow

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you're screwed. I have a lot of experience with pink eye (two little kids that have each had it several times). It takes a few days with prescription drops to clear up. I did hear, however, that there is an over-the-counter pink eye medication available now. Still though, I don't think it'll clear it up by tomorrow. Sorry. Good luck to you.

You can buy pink eye medicine over the counter at walmart now. I've gotten it there before.
