I found 2 somewhat useful recipes, but neither are exactly what you want.
The first is for "Mocha Coconut Frappuccino" so maybe one could substitute the mocha ingredients for a banana kind. I know they sell banana flavorings, and banana syrups at special stores, so maybe they could substitute well. The second is a just for the frappuccino.
***
Mocha Coconut Frappuccino
1/2 cup shreded coconut
3/4 double strength coffee
1 cup low-fat milk
1/3 cup Hershey's chocolate syrup
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 cups ice
Garnish with whipped cream and a little toasted coconut if desired..
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spread shredded coconut on a baking sheet and toast coconut in the oven. Stir the coconut around every 10 minutes or so for even browning. After 25-30 minutes the shredded coconut should be light and brown. Cool it off.
2. Make double-strength coffee by brewing with twice the coffee required by your coffee maker. That should be 2 T of ground coffee per each cup of coffee. Chill before using.
3. To make the drinks..combine cold coffee, milk, 1/3 cup of the toasted coconut, 1/3 c chocolate syrup, and sugar in a blender. Blend for 15-20 seconds to dissolve sugar. Add ice and blend until ice is crushed and the drink is smooth. Pour drinks into two 16 oz glasses. Garnish each drink with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate and a pich of some of the remaining toasted coconut. Add a straw to each one.
Makes 2 grande drinks....

I actually work for starbucks and the only way you can actually make that drink is by buying it. The banana sauce is not sold to customers and it is for retail use only. You may be able to convince a store manager to sell you a bottle of coconut syrup, but technically it can't be sold because it is a promotional product. As for the frappucino base we use, I know there is double strength coffee and nonfat milk, beyond that you're on your own.

I prefer an iced, low-fat soy, lactate free milk, double pump sugar free vanilla, extra hot, whip times 2, double cup, leave room, mocha frappuchino. I don't know about that drink you speak of.

Tell them you had an allergic reaction to the drink and you need to know the ingredients to determine if it had something in it you were allergic to. They will have to tell you all the ingredients. Sneaky but it works......
