The Original Roadhouse Tea

And here's the kick...

Make a bunch of Chi Chi s.
You'll need lots.

Get some coconut "syrup",(it's sweetened), at grocers. Some fresh pineapples, ripe, not canned. Vodka. Ice.
Core the pineapple after peeling.
Cut about 1/8 of a pineapple, length wise.

Fill a blender about 1/2 with small ice cubes.
Place the pineapple in the blender.
Pour about 1/2 a can of coconut syrup. The cans should be small, the size of tomato paste. If larger, use the above amount.

Turn on the blender, until the ice is crushed.
Pour into a 6 + oz. glass.
Pour a shot of vodka on top.
Do not stir.

Stay behind the bar. You will be there all evening.
For children, omit the vodka.
Cheers.

Figure a minimum of 4-6 drinks per person. Or more.
