Whatever you do, keep it light. Fruit, chocolate dipped strawberries, a fruit tart....nothing heavy after enjoying wonderful cheeses and wine

How about rasberry chocolate truffle? Some dry red wine very much complementing with this dessert. Any fruit desert with goes well with white, like poach pears.

i thought cheese was dessert :) to cut the richness of cheese perhaps you might bring something fresh like fruit. if presented well, not only classy and visually appealing fruit can also act to cleanse the palatte and matches well with a variety of cheeses. if you require something more labor intensive how about mini fruit topped custard tarts. again visually attractive, delicious and bite sized for convenience.

You could do a warm brie cheese with a sweetened crust served with fruits such as apples, grapes and pears, drizzled with condensed balsamic vinegar or possible a sweet wine that has been condensed.

Go with a fruit tray of sliced apples, pears, strawberries
have different dips like a lemon flavored yogurt, melted chocolate and a reduced balsamic vinegar and vanilla extract syrup.
I also like shortbread cookies with low sugar fruit preserves spread on top.
