WTF is wrong with this guy?! what is his malfunction? Is this a sick way of flirting? Its so not okay in the workplace...what do I do?

Believe or not, I know a fair number of guys around the same age that are like that. It can be their way of flirting, though I will admit it's not a good way, but anyways. If he gets on like this at work, then you should report him to your boos, so that he can be told that that kind of stuff isn't appropriate for a workplace.

Be careful. If he is talking like that to you, he has to hate you. I joke around with a couple of my girlfriends, but rape is way off limits... its off the map... its not even on the same planet. I don't think he is going to physically harm you, but he either has a retarded way of flirting or he is looking hurt you emotionally. A quick talk with your manager and you won't have to worry about working with him anymore.

Report him to the boss. A lot of girls like losers like that and would probably shack up with him and pump out some bastard children.
