i need know what is all the rules to fallow for can flye from denver, co. to puerto vallarta, mx. for vacations if my parents said ok but we don´t know exactly the documents necesary what i need and also if the person encharge to recived me in the airport is only a long time family fried and what he need

You will definitely need a notarized note in the least, so a notary office may be a good place to start asking about this.

If English is your second language your writing ability is understandable, and acceptable. If, however, you were born in the US you shouldn't be traveling to Mexico you should be in summer school.
