The best way to say the same weight/ loss weigh is if you eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, about half the size of a normal dinner. That keeps you from hitting a low spot in your blood sugar, keeps you metabalism going. Also drink a lot of WATER. The best formual for how much to drink is take your body weight (lets say 130) divide my 4 (32.5) and that is how many oz you are supost to drink in a day. (normal water bottles are 16 oz fyi). The idea is to sip it through out the day. Hope that helped.

You should put your self a goal and find a diet appropiate for what you're looking for and try to have it as 6 small meals per day and in occations a small snack in between... Make a list of what you're going to eat each day and a type of workout you'll do every day; you should do one or two routins of one or two work outs per day because doing all of it at once will burn you up and wont get you where you really want to be!!!

depends on the calories of the food you are eating. shoot for 1300 calories or something like that (online websites can tell you exactly how much you should eat for your body type and weight).

they say eat 6 small meals a day so i guess those meals should be a couple hundred calories but i just eat whenever im hungry and i work out everyday so i know how ya feel

Depends on what you eat, your weight and body condition. Muscles burn more calories than fat. You might be only 15% body fat and weigh 120 lbs.....however you coulld be 15% body fat and weigh 250 pounds.... The 250 lb person needs more calories regardless to maintain what he/she has. Eat lettuce and greens all day and not gain an ounce....pig out on snickers and appletinis everday with no excercise, your gonna gain no matter what....get it?

It's not how many things you eat, it's the calories of the food you eat. For example, pickles are very low calories and you could eat 100 of them and not gain weight, but if you ate 100 cookies, you'd be in trouble!

It's not how much you eat, it's what you eat. You can eat 2,000 calories a day and maintain the weight you are at. Your 2,000 calories could be veggies, candy, bread, fruit, meat, or dairy...just choose wisely and cut out sugars and starches and you won't get FAT!

Um... you would eat what you normally eat everyday. If you stop exercising then you'd add weight, and if you ate more then you would add weight. Basically, stick to your normal routine.
