She trusts and loves you. ITALY means I Trust And Love You. Love is really wonderful, isn't it? Make it work and last. All the best.

Wow. It's worse than saying, "Uhhh... I CARE for you..." because it's an ACRONYM that you can take to mean ANY of several things, including:

1. I Trust And Love You.

2. I'll Totally (or Truly) Always Love You.

Or, my personal favorite:

3: I'm Thinking About Loving You.

In short, just a nice phrase to avoid an awkward silence; without having to use the actual word, "LOVE" to describe your feelings for someone who u ain't so sure u feel that strongly about.

According to urban-dictionary:
italy
18 up, 63 down

Italy is a code word that certain idiotic couples use for "I love you" or showing affection.

She sounds like a goof to me. If someone says "I love you" and they respond with some kind of garbage like that then that would certainly take away from things.

Sorry, I wish I knew what she meant, but I don't. Unless it's some kind of acronym:

'I (something) (something) Love You'

But even still that's a pretty bad way to return that sentiment. Hope you figure it out.
