I plan to move to Atlanta around this time next year. Right now, I haven't a clue of where I can stay. Is there anyone who can tell me the best places to stay in the city?

What is the advantage of writing "Atlanta" as "the ATL"? It is the same number of characters (7) and it has one extra syllable (4).

Syllables:
At-lan-ta (3)
the-A-T-L (4)

I grew up in Atlanta =)

Where you should live depends on many things... traffic is bad enough that most people want to live near where they work. I'd definitely suggest that optioin first... but if you're just looking at areas of town here are some good ideas in no particular order -

Buckhead, Midtown, Little Five Points, Virginia Highlands, Dunwoody, Vinings...

There are a lot more areas, but this is a start - like I said, traffic is bad - so try and live close the office.

Depends on what you will be doing work or school? ATL is surrounded in a circle by Interstate 285 anyplace inside the 285 area is good close into town, coz traffic here is unreal.
