Converting a .MUS File?

How can i convert a .mus file to a .wav or .mp3? Need programs and guidance. Thanks :)

MUS is used by the "Final Score" music programs. That is the only program which can open and use MUS files. But the program should include an option to save the MUS file in wav, mp3 or mid format.
