No. Just tell them it hasn't been on the road for that time.

No. You tell them its been a home rebuiling project and has not been driven. You are a do it your self person and its a custom rig! Thay will not give you any probablems so ever. I know, I have been rebuilding a rockcrawler jeep for 5 years and I went to see the man and I had no late fee's, anything. Those people are not who you think thay are. As long as the state gets the tag money is what there wanting and the insurance.

No, you'll just have to sign a paper that you haven't driven it in 3 years.

Just explain and you may have to sign a statement that it was inactive for that period.

That's all. Do you have your last registration and the title?
Without the last registration it may be treated like a new registration.

where do you live? in california you would have had to register it with non-operational status or you will get penalized.
