As a stand up comedian? Well Larry the Cable Guy is a little better, but Mencia comes right up close to him. They're almost tied, I just Larry better. The funniest men in the world though have to be without a doubt Terry Stone and Matt Parker, the creators of Southpark. Definitly the best show ever made.
