This is really stupid sounding but one time this guy rang my doorbell and I'm not supposed to answer it when im alone, and he saw me, so he wouldnt go away. He sayed for like 5 minutes peeking through the windows and smiling and waving at me. I ran and hid under my bed i was so freaked out. I called my friend and she was laughing like "Sarah, now i confirm with myself how weird you are." What if sumthing like that happens this time again?!!

Always walk with a whistler, and if somebody follows you, whistle in it as loud as you can. Never open a door or pick up the phone when you're home alone. Never tell anyone (!), even your friend, when you will be home alone. And if something will start happening, crawl out from under the bed fast, and yell through the door without opening it "I just called a police!!" Then run to the phone and stay near it. Be ready to dial 911 at any time.
Tell your parents about it. You absolutely have to tell them.

If he was peeking in your windows, you are within your rights to call the police. Don't let your friend make you feel foolish about it. Better safe than sorry.

It might help make you feel better if you buy some pepper spray to keep on your person while you are home alone. I did that after a recent crime spree in my town left me scared, and it helped a lot to know that I wasn't totally helpless.

Call the police. I would also suggest that you have a phone number of a close neighbor. In our neighborhood we always look out for each other. My kids stay home alone sometimes, but they know to call a neighbor if they get worried or concerned.

Dont tell everyone you know that you are going to be alone for one thing. Then if you have any good friends that your parents know their parents and such ask if they can stay with you. Or at least a couple nights. I know its fun to be on your own, but if it scares you that much you should really tell your parents that it makes you nervous and they can maybe get you a big dog or an adult to stay with you.

Ok if I were you I would probably do the same thing, or go into another room were the person can not see you. Maybe you should ask your parents if one of your friends could come over so that you feel more comfortibale.

hey don't worry you may be fine, maybe that was a one time thing that happened to you, what you could do is keep your phone nearby to call the police, 911 or someone if there is an emergency.

If that happens again, call the police. Do not be afraid of looking silly, there are lots of weirdos out there, it is better to be safe than sorry.
