well yes and no. yes because they will actually toatlly adapt to you. but no because it may just all be an act. if they also have narsissitic tendancies iw ouldnt think that the relationship will last long but if they just hide form emotion then it could work but you need to keep things in check for a while and let it out a little at a time. crying girl = scary thing i need to avoid. so if he gives youa reactio you dont expect just tell him that that was odd and he will adapt to what you expect.
just dont let him get lazy around you. if he feels comfortable he will actually lose affect and seem lethargic but its probably what he is like normally. its almost like he will have no emotion until others are around. kinda weird but if he stays with you he can be a solid rock from which you can draw strength. just dont let any apathy wear off on you.

Of course not! A Sociopathic personality is now referred to as having antisocial personality disorder which is described as; A pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others and inability or unwillingness to conform to what are considered to be the norms of society.

no, they are ***** and will treat you like ****. believe me, i saw it happen to my friend. go out wiht a nice guy that will treat you right, not one that acts like richie rich with a ear of corn shoved up his butt.
