In Canada, presumably Ontario, at THE BEER STORE,which is the only place you can purchase beer in Ontario

any place that sells beer can order kegs, too.

Your local convenience store can arrange for you to put a deposit on a tap and order any beer you like (so long as it's one their distributor carries -- crazy imports like belgian ale might not be available).

So drop by or make some calls to find out pricing and availability.

Possibly E-Bay or a company that sells beer. If you want a unused one. Or if it is not important that it is new pay a deposit and get one and keep it. Then pay for it that way.
