I know many Catholics, and to a person, they are kind, honest, and sincere. Are there Catholics who are not good people? I'm sure there are. But there are also a number of Protestants, Jews, and Muslims who are fall short of the goal of goodness as well. Your question is very prejudiced. You cannot judge a whole group of people by the actions of a few who may have annoyed you. I read an article in our local paper about a fundamentalist church nearby where the preacher and his deacons committed some serious crimes. Do I therefore think all fundamentalists are terrible people? Of course not. I hope you think about how you can help the world, rather than criticize it. Peace, brother.

They are not terrible people. Are you saying that all the good works Mother Theresa did where terrible? She was Catholic! While no faith is perfect and every has it's fault why did you choose Catholics to get down on? They have their share of problems yes but everyone who is a Catholic is not a terrible person. I know I am not and nor is my husband and son and we are all Catholic. Do we have our faults? Yes show me one person who doesn't. Like no person is perfect no religion is perfect either. The only perfect being is God.
