Sometimes it can be U inside of a circle. Does anyone know what this means or symbolizes? Most food products have this at the end of their name. Please help.

The u's and K's have to do with foods being kosher or not and something about dairy. It's a Jewish thing a practicing jewish person could help you better. As for the R it just means the name is registered or all rights are reserved like a trade mark.

This symbol when an R is used means registered trademark. I'm not certain but seem to recall that it means the same in other countries and U is registered in the UK. Could be wrong with the latter part of this, but I have a question for you. Where did you find that symbol on your keyboard?

The R in the circle stands for registered trademark. This symbol can only be used if the names is registered with the USPTO.

A "c" means "copyrighted", a "k" and a "u" mean "kosher", the u being "kosher (dairy)"... The "r" is "registered trademark".
