No, F-15's seldom see their targets on land. You put in the coords, use the targeting functions and push the button. Maybe you see a puff of smoke in the distance, but then again maybe you're off to another target.
But when you wear a bomb and a bag of shrapnel, you get to see the teenagers you're about to kill [for virgins in heaven] up close. You can almost feel their enthusiasm for life. Oh, what a feeling, to kill those kids...
