People from all over the world are on Yahoo Answers. Nowhere does it say just Americans..Dumbamerican !
We should not aloud dum Americans who can't spell and/or are faking it. As in not using spell check. People under 13 are not allowed, even if they are illegal.

They are allowed to because Yahoo doesn't check ID's on any of us. It's a private company and they may set up their system how they like.
