My brother was killed in 1999 and I have misplaced his obituary.I have searched everywhere.I am working on a scrapbook and I need a copy.

if funeral home is still in business,go online or call them and they may send you a copy.sorry about your loss.

You may not be able to find it online. If you remember what paper it was in, your local library may have it on microfilm, or may be able to borrow the microfilm. You can make a copy from that. If it happened in NYS send me an email with details and I can look it up for you.
On some rare occasions, the newspaper staff may send you a copy. The usually won't do it, but it never hurts to ask.

check out your local newspaper online. you could also search for obituaries in your state on your search engine.
