Who could possible tell without a examination-do you still have your tonsils? With throat cancer you either also have hoarseness that does not go away,pain when swallowing or youmay have no symptons. Go make a appt with a Throat Doctor for may be minor or serious at least you'll know which and if ned can get early treatment-with cancer the earlier you catch the more the chance for a cure-Do Not Wait.

It could me many different things like tumors, polyps etc. However, you only know for sure, if you get a biopsy done by a Doctor. Just keep in mind that not every lump is cancer, there are many non cancerous growths. Get it checked out so you have your piece of mind.

Please go and see a doctor. Acidic foods give some people that feeling. I know someone who gets a rapsy voice from eating too much sugar. What I'm saying here is that it could be so many things and that is why you should make an appointment with your doctor and have it checked out. Hopefully you are fine and then you can ease your mind.

Maybe, but the only person who can tell you for sure is a doctor. He can look, feel, test, etc. No one can tell you for sure if you have any illness unless the can examine you and draw blood, urine, etc. to test in a lab.

anything is possible but i would try and rule out a lymphnode swelling first. go see a doc and keep a diary of when and what time and any foods so that you can show him the regularity and if any food allergies are to blame
