First of all please, there is no need to SHOUT

Second of all people online are not going to be able to tell you how to loose weight, if you do in fact need to loose weight then you should consult your doctor, they will be able to judge if you do need to loose weight and from there help you go about it by suggesting eating and life-style changes or if need be send you to a nutritional expert to help you with your eating habits to loose weight in a healthy way that will be long-term to help keep the weight off.

Pills are the lazy, ineffective and short-term way of attempting to loose weight, dieting and pills are not how you loose weight, they are unhealthy, you loose weight by making changes to your eating habits and life-style.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health.
To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. I have a good suggestion. Walk. You will lose weight. Walk to everywhere you go, no matter how long it takes. And when you can't walk, take public transportation. Walking is a good way to lose enough weight so you can actually attempt other physical activities, like dodgeball or swimming.

Once you are ready to begin actual sports, I suggest swimming. Swimming is not a "tough sport", as the water keeps you moisturized.

Pills do not work. They are all nuerotoxins which can cause brain tumours.

Slimming World with Body Magic combines a new way of eating with exercise - which can be walking - and you are never hungry. It is brilliant, painfree and really works. I have lost several stone with them as has a friend of mine. You can have brilliant treats on the plan too. I was "Slimmer of the week" following a weeks holiday in Tenerife - eating out all the time, that is how easy it is to stick to and suceed on. No pills required!

Lipo 6. Yes I lost 13 pound in two weeks. But you might gain muscle as a result and it weights more. Good Luck.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate, and plan your diet carefully. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
