cultural education you are going to be struggling in life maybe even literally starve yourself and your family to death. Ofcourse, like in many other countries, the majority of society are academically uneducated. However, this is what makes America to some point "So Great". You can still live a descent life and not starve to death if you are uneducated. I believe that this contributes to this huge immigration from Mexico to the U.S. My question is this;

Would you be ashamed of picking up lettuce for whatever pay an legal uneducated citizen from Mexico can get the same job and be paid the same? In Mexico parents encourage children to go to school so that wont happen to them or have to migrate to other countries.

Far too many able bodied citizens would never take those jobs because they believe it's beneath them. I would like to think if my family was in dire straits and I didn't have the education I was lucky to acquire, that I would support them by any means necessary. The key, like you said, is education if you want better paying jobs that have better conditions.

A parent always wants the best for their children and the children of fellow parents.
Sperm and egg donors do not care and their children are used in whatever way enriches the parent.

In Mexico as in all third world and/or developing nations, the irony that both the good parent and the bad donors having to send junior not to school but to work at the earliest possible age is the sad reality. Over the past three decades I have met and often become friends with very smart and skilled illegal aliens who have to work for slave wages until they earn enough to be able to afford the phony documents that may one day elevate them to positions in the professions.
That day is here as illegal aliens from Mexico are now entering the professions without having to do the work to earn the degrees that permit them to do so.
Amnesty will not happen. But for a couple of hundred thousand so far, it need not because the documents opened a really big door and I suspect that if we did the research we would find that these professionals are related to activists in some way and are seeds of what is in the making and the criminals are on both sides of the Southern border and it is a crime against humanity.

I think any working class citizen from any country knows that if you have a complete academic background you'll be better off, not just Mexican citizens. The reason why America is somewhat "Great" is because our social system helps out our poorer citizens with food programs, low cost housing, medicaid, and several other great programs. To your question: I wouldn't be ashamed of picking lettuce just because someone from another county can do it, it's money. And I know that if I can't make ends meet, my great country will help me! (I love your questions man, they're so controversial! lol!)

Here's another thing that makes America so great (Notice there was no need for quotation marks around that true statement.)

The haves know that the have-nots will steal what the haves have if the haves don't share with the have-nots...therefore, have-nots have enough...barely...just enough to keep them from rioting and looting.

Hence, our social assistance programs....which are intended to keep the masses of legal have-nots having enough. These services are not intended for the have-nots of other nations. They are meant solely to keep those within an arms length from getting pissed and stealing what they need.

that's what i grew to become into seeing. that's an fairly risky pastime our congress is fiddling with immigration regulation enforcement because of the fact the Hispanics have began to experience very threatened with the aid of human beings who want the regulation enforced and the unlawful aliens faraway from our united states of america.

You do what you have to do in life shame doesn't come into it, if I found myself needing the money and the only way to make it was to pick lettuce I'd have no qualms about it. People are happy to eat shoe leather if they have to.

A legal immigrant would be paid more than the illegal immigrant. Records, IRS, Social Security, MINIMUM WAGE, etc....

And other people pay for your children's education, don't leave that out.

Great deal for the illegals, but how about for us?

And part of the problem is that they drove down wages to below the poverty level. Then, if their children get the food stamps and aid their low wages qualify them for, we are paying for that.

The employer is SUPPOSED to pay better wages. To people legally here.
